Emergency Housing Vouchers
for Bradley County

The Warren Housing Authority has been awarded 15 new Emergency Housing Vouchers for Bradley County. We are working with the SOAR Continuum of Cares (COC) who will assist in qualifying applicants for assistance. The vouchers are to help house individuals and families who qualify under these terms:
  • homeless
  • at risk of homelessness
  • fleeing
  • or attempting to flee, domestic violence, dating violence, sexual assault, stalking or human trafficking or
  • recently homeless and for whom providing rental assistance will prevent the family’s homelessness or having high risk of housing instability such as individual who are residing/terming out in shelters.
Any person interested in applying for this assistance must be 18 years of age or older, qualifying under the terms of the Emergency Housing Voucher Guideline and meet the HUD approved Very Low Income Limit in order to be placed on the waiting list.

It is our goal to help provide a decent, safe, sanitary and affordable housing. For more information, you may contact the Warren Housing Authority at 870-226-2600 or SOAR Continuum of Care at 870-543-1820.
